Jacques Adnet solid oak sideboard red lacquer 1940
Sold out
Unique solid oak sideboard designed by Jacques Adnet in the 1940s. This piece is an exquisite example of refined and detailed craftsmanship by Jacques Adnet, featuring three doors, with chinese red lacquer details and brass pulls, and brass keys. Inside, behind each door, one solid oak shelf leaves plenty of storage space. The two large feet are typical of Adnet's transition to modernism starting in the mid-1940s. The warm oak palette paired with the chinese red lacquer and brass details is just a thing of beauty. It’s been entirely restored, and in an amazing condition.
