Pair of small burl and brass cabinets by J.C. Mahey 1970s

These twin cabinets in a rich caramel color could serve as sturdy end tables in a living room or office, or as spacious nightstands in a bedroom. The burlwood material has an incredibly soft, visual texture while the brass details blend into the wood almost seamlessly for a chic, monochrome look. Designed by Jean-Claude Mahey in the 1970’s, these cabinets are typical of the French furniture designer, as well as of the period.
